Glenn Pålsson

Co-Founder | Tour Host | Beverage Pro

Glenn is from Höllviken and has worked in the Swedish beverage industry since 2015. He is a partner at Perfectly Square Brewing and has extensive experience as a project manager for some of Sweden’s most well-known food and drink festivals, including Malmö Öl & Whiskyfestival and European Street Food Awards. 

 

He has also been involved with Great Swedish Beer Festival, Craft Beer Circus, Folkets Mat & Dryckesfestival, Taste Events, and Brunnshög Mat & Dryckesfestival, and works closely with wine and spirits distributors across Sweden.

 

Glenn brings deep industry knowledge, calm energy, and a sharp eye for creating well-run, relaxed experiences, the kind where everything flows naturally and everyone feels taken care of.

 

Jeff Flindt

Co-Founder | Tour Host | Connector

Originally from the U.S., Jeff has a background in photojournalism and now works in the Swedish food industry with Per i Viken Chark AB. Over the years, he’s built deep connections with local food and beverage producers across Skåne, from breweries and wineries to caterers, farmers, and festival organizers.

 

Jeff has been involved in creating and managing festivals and events such as Per i Viken’s Extravaganza, Beer-B-Q, Helsingborg Booze Festival, and Helsingborg Wine & Cider Festival, and has worked closely with producers like Arilds Vingård, Kullabergs Vingård, and many more.

 

He’s the kind of host who makes people feel welcome the moment they step on the bus, friendly, and genuinely excited to see people experience the food and drinks he loves.

Why we do this

Between the two of us, we have friends and collaborators across the worlds of beer, wine, spirits, coffee, chocolate, and food production with a strong focus on Skåne and Copenhagen. Our passion is simple: to create great days for great people.

 

There’s nothing better than watching guests discover a new favorite beer, meet the people behind it, and share that moment with others on the bus. Food and drink bring people together in a way nothing else does, and we’re proud to help make those connections happen.
